doubt you'll find any company that pleases everyone that comes to their door with a problem.

Humminbird customer service is best. They also maintain an easy to use product too. I like to fish when on the water not push a lot of buttons no and look at a screen. For over 20 years had Humminbird on my boat and Minnkota.
