You might check all your waypoints that currently reside in HBPC to see if all the Waypoints you expect to be there are, in fact in HBPC ...
Then reformat the SD Card and reload all the Waypoints from HBPC to the SD Card ...
To select multiple GPX files in HBPC for transfer ...hold the CTRL key (on your keyboard) while clicking on each GPX file in the left pane of HBPC ... Make sure all your choices highlight in blue before selecting the arrow under the SD Card icon in HBPC for transfer to the SD Card ...

The is hard y o imagine.. lol found out didn't have card set up right to load a ll the waypoints. Did get it straightened out. Now I feel better but stupid. Thanks for everyone's help it is appreciated
