I repaired my transducer by using a 2 part epoxy from advanced auto,,,, I believe it was the plastic repair epoxy by JB weld,,,maybe cost around $8.00. Just use it to bond transducer to bottom of trolling motor,,, I used some plastic ties to assist in holding it where I wanted it and then removed them by snipping whatever was needed to remove,,,Good luck
