You can see that those lakes have been shown at different contours. The top view is shown at 3' intervals, and the lower view is at 1' intervals. All those subtle humps are there, but the detail from the Lakemaster is not showing because the humps are so small. The Lakemaster chip I have has some lakes in HD, and some not. Lake Petenwell might be in HD, while the lake you show may have been mapped at a lower level of detail.
