Honestly, to me it looks like White bass the way they are hugging the bottom with no structure around in 30 FOW. If you dropped a crappie jig and no takers then that might be the case. In the econd to lst pic it could be this whites coming up towards the school of shad.
***There has to be a fish somewhere needing to be caught!***
Didn't do no good on last pic I tried them but nothing.

The last few pictures, look like bait to me. Large bait. The first few shots look like waves of black birds flying. Iconic of bait moving to and from because of boat traffic above.
It does resemble white bass a little because of how it extends from the drop straight out but these fish are also going deep below the line off the drop. Might be because it is winter time instead of summer.
