    Found on my 898 where there is capability to switch transducer. Unit has HD si as an option is the factory ducer a HD or standard ?

    The HDSI transducer comes with the 898 .... not the 899

    The xducer model number should be printed on the cable about 1ft from the connector ...

    For the 898 it should be XHS 9 HDSI 180 T ...
