Threw away a few parts then added a few parts.

You could add steering or up/down winch with the remaining channels. Just add some more horn relays.

I am working on the up/down winch.

Great! Nothing to this stuff. Just gotta wanna do it. 30 dolla investment my guess. As we age, we need these handy items.

I have the box built. My boat is under snow in the driveway. I will post a pic shortly. The box looks bullet proof. Built from Al scrap I had left over from pontoon rail guards. I will discuss what I plan to do with the "slack" required for steering. I will not have to have slack (maybe) for steering. Something for you to look at.
