Get us some screen shots KB when you get out- before I got the boat wet, I noticed on 200KHz the ping rate went up in the garage.
I am pretty sure it is to help with 2D target separation and less pixelation on faster chart speeds regardless if you are set to 200, 83, or 200/83 KHZ...
my PB album shows only 2 shots where I turned "Jigging Mode" on & off - I ran it ON almost the whole time, and it is OFF by default.
You will have to go on a 2D view screen - press menu once and enable it.

I am a little confused at the pictures you posted. Which ones have the jigging mode "ON" and which ones are "OFF"? I really can't tell the difference. What am I looking for?

The arch elongation seems better when enabled, and would allow your spoon or bait to show better while jigging vertically.

Top shot is enabled or "ON" - more arching on targets....




This shot is disabled or OFF, can you see where there is more horizontal S T R E T C H in the to pic at the same exact chart speed??
I was doing 2.7 MPH on each shot also.

If someone has the 360 and the "Jigging Mode" SI software ... I want to see if the 360 has been disabled to free up resources for the 2d ...

Someone post a split view 2d/360 with "Jiggin Mode" turned on ...
