I have started the 'process' of trying to get a refund on the Navionics 'Freshest Data'. Have spent way to much time trying to download & then to get a corrupt mapping. Called yesterday at 9:50 am. Got to say, they have very nice people working at this point. Got a call back from somebody up the ladder at 11:10 am. Have not heard from them since. This has been a VERY frustrating time trying to deal with this. I wish I had NEVER bought it. Purchased 8-10-14. NEVER have got a complete download. They have ignored my data, to correct the mapping. I just want my money back and I'll prolly have to 'EAT' the card purchased that has the corrupt mapping. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!! <*)}}}><
