My elite 7 hdi shows the bottom very,very litely when I am only moving slowly. Is this what I am supposed to get? I realize I should be moving, to get the best return. Water is shallow. Maxium depth around 13'. Would a soft reset improve the returns? Will it make things worse? Is it the same procedure as the HDS units? How much will downscan overlay improve 2D?
