Humminbird sent me a new transducer to try last Friday when I call them from the lake. The transducer arrived today and I went to the lake to test it out before I mounted it. I held it in the water by hand as I trolled around, the DI is now working. Apparently the culprit for the DI not working was the transducer. Will be getting the bad transducer sent back to Humminbird. I was really appreciate Humminbird tech support willing to send me out a new transducer to see if would correct my problem, in which it did.
