Default About to get New electronics

Would like some combo suggestions. If you guys had $1500 to spend on 2 fish finders what pairing would you go with? I mostly jig brush piles and fish with bobbers but I would like to setup spider rigging soon. I do occasionally bass fish and love chaising gills as well. All opinions are appreciated.

If I had 1500 and needed two I would get a side imager for console like a 899. Then another head unit Ethernet at front, such as another 899 or a down imaging unit like 859. The 859 DI unit could have the transducer mounted on trolling motor or a front pole mount and only use Ethernet for GPS. This if you are buying brand new, you could watch for deals on used units and get more bang for your buck, but it will not have warranty. This type setup is more than enough for fishing anywhere.

+1......If you make calls to board sponsors you should be able to get the 899 and a 859HD DI for $1500.

With the new units and new software you only need one SI unit to view to see SI on either unit. If you get the DI unit, you can also view the DI on the SI uinit..
