If you're serious about selling it ... post it over on the Personal Classifieds forum. You might even find a good used 998 on there, if you're lucky.

And I'd check with the member "Brian@BBGmarine" for a good price on a new unit, if you don't find a good used one for sale (& you should probably still compare prices between them, even if you do find a used one ). I've never done business with Brian, but he's highly recommended by many members of this site !!

I have & Brian's a straight shooter & great to deal with.
Found him from another search engine result & he's on a few other boards too.

I won't buy electronics from anyone else after my dealings with Brian. There was a ton of indecisiveness on my part. Brian walked me through, multiple times over many different phone calls. Never once making me feel "pressured" into buying from him. He flat told me to go look elsewhere and if I found a better overall deal to tell him. Great guy all around. Only problem is I want to spend more money with him
