i have an 80 lb terrova on my 20 ft. charger glass boat..........and accidentally pushing the rabbit button when he motor is turned to the side almost throws me out of the boat when Im standing!

Cutting shaft size down is easy. pull head assembly off unhook wires. I took a piece of copper tubing and slid over wires inside the shaft to keep them from getting nicked or cut. sharp hack saw will get it done just take your time. I removed 8 inches from top. This also made motor fit more inside the boat and not sticking outside the edge.

Disable the rabbit button.

I THINK if you change it to run in Mode 2 that will disable it.
