    Default Ipilot or Ipilot link

Ive been using a co pilot for a few years now and am thinking the Ipilot is something I would really like. Is the Ipilot Link worth getting for the remote? I dont plan on getting any hi end humminbird gps unit so im wondering if the remote is that much better than the standard Ipilot.

If your not going to link it to a bird unit you don't need it. Just get regular Ipilot.

If you are not going to link definitely no extra benefit. Plus, it's a bigger remote, that's touch screen, and worst of all it has to be charged. If the battery dies you are stuck till it can charge.

Yes the T stands for Terrova. A P would indicate power drive.
