They're all AGM and all deep cycle. All are hooked up to the on-board charger. The starter battery I mentioned is a deep cycle, but it's got the CCA to turn over your motor easily (850 CCA--I don't pay any attention to MCA, because I fish in cold weather alot and the 225 needs at least 750 CCA). AGM's (aborbed glass mat) are not near as sensitive as the old gel batteries--check out your charger manual and make sure it's not referring to a gel battery. My on board charger is 7 years old and no chip required, and before now I had the wet cell and the AGM's hooked up to it with no problems.
