Default HB 898, what do I need to...

move the head unit between two spots on the boat. It's at the console now, and I want to be able to put it on a pedastal mount in the back when longlining and switch when necessary. Thanks!

If you want to keep the TD where its at just get a TD extension cable to run from console to rear and a power cord. When you take unit off the console plug the extension cable into the TD cable and move unit to back and plug in. I did the same thing from console to bow.

Sounds like a viable option. How about the GPS, is there also an extender for that. I could fashion those two lines extended from the console to the back and the battery is virtually under new location so that shouldn't be hard to rig up. Any idea on part numbers?

There is an extension cable to fit the GPS Receiver. Look for the AS-EC10.
