lcookie...how do you think they compare to any of the updates since 6.490...??

I've heard both extremes of the scale ...already...

For me this version is really close or just the same as 6.49 image wise. I just have to turn up the contrast a little more than when I was running 6.49. The chart speed/alternating side thing is there when I set the chart speed to 1. This is not too much of a factor because I like my chart speed slightly higher than my boat speed so I am usually set at 2 or 3 when I am slow trolling and higher when I am scouting and striper fishing. I don't have 360 or link but I do have the HS GPS puck. For me this one is by far better than any of the 6.6x updates. There was one in there that was tolerable but I rolled back to 6.49 because it worked good on one of the SI units but not the other.

Looks good.i still don't see why some run the scroll down that slow.Im going to experiment some with these slow setting to see if i like but it seems like waiting that long for the screen to move forward is going to be a waste of time.
