    I'm new to all this structure scan,di,si yada yada yada and I've bought a lowrance touch 12 and was wandering what settings do i need to learn to adjust to get the best detailed screen

    Sensititivty will help as well , sometimes you have to increase or decrease the sensitivity depending on the water conditions.

    I'm surprised that with your lack of knowledge of fish finders, you went out and bought the 'top-of-the-line' Lowrance units to learn on. I'm also surprised the retailer didn't instruct you on the operation of it when you purchased it. To help you, I would suggest going to www.Lowrance.com , click on support, and view thier videos that relate to 'Touch' units. This will help you alot. <*)}}}><
