Thread: Ipilot foot pedal????

I have a PD V2 / 24 volt / 70lb thrust / I pilot ...... Was looking through BPS catalog this eve and noticed a wireless foot pedal thats made for the copilot systems. ( catalog part # 21-1328506 )......question is since my I-pilot all ready has the co-pilot system also will this foot pedal work? I sure do miss having a foot pedal some times. Any one have exp with this? Thanks for any info, God bless.

I doubt the wireless pedal works, otherwise MinnKota would advertise the you need the wireless pedal for the powerdrive I-Pilot. Talk to Canepole. He has designed a system to use a foot pedal on a Powerdrive I-Pilot.

If you don't mind using the remote to control speed, you could build a foot steering for less than 100 bucks. I done this before for a local feller.
