Thread: Help with a bow depth finder

I have a 898c HB on the console of my center console boat and was thinking of adding a HB sonar only, bow unit. Do most of you guys go with the cables and switches unit to unit or is it better and cheaper to just add a whole new unit, transducer and all. Thanks.

Much easier to just add GPS/Sonar unit on the front, can hook em together to share waypoints and stuff but no hassel with moving a unit around all the time.
