Easy way to do it is put in google earth then just change the view mode on them to what ever u want to see.

It's what I used to convert Decimal Degrees Lat/Long coordinates to GPS Lat/Long coordinates, in order to manually input coords into my Lowrance Elite 5 DSI.

You should also be able to multiply everything after the decimal point by 60. This is the number of minutes. Add this back to the first two (or three) digits.
Ex: 31.84914° =
0.84914 x 60 = 50.94840 (number of minutes) =
31degrees plus 50.94840 minutes =
31° 50.948’
If you had a large number of these you could set up a spreadsheet to do the conversion for you.
