I looked into this once for a 76; Navioncs and Garmin didn't get along at the time and my only choice was the Garmin maps. I took a look at them versus my home lake and they were terrible--missed a whole island, one of only 3 on the lake. Anyway, ultimately I passed. It might have some value to you on a brand new lake just to tell you where you are, but if you know the lake at all, pass until you can afford to get one compatible with navionics or lakemaster.
