    Can you back the sonar track up and mark a waypoint that you have already passed on the HB 597?

    Nope, but you can freeze the frame and mark it that way.

    You need to have sd card in the slot and have the unit in record mold.open the recording and play it back on the unit.you can change to any view while playing the recording,zoom,change color pallets,play the recording forward or back and yes you can mark way pionts at any time weather on nav. Sceen 2d or di.
