Default Front hds sonar not working after back one installed???

I have a gen 1 on the bow with structure scan too. Just bout a gen 2 and put at console, now my sonar doesn't work on the front one? Says its gen 2 on the top of the screen, any ideas on how to get the front one to read from the front transducer? Thanks!!!

Thanks guys, I'll try this after I get kids off to school. Appreciate the feedback and the helpful video link, was very easy to understand. Now just hope it fixes my issue.

Pretty sure I got it working correctly now. Water test in next couple days I hope. Thanks for the info and videos, they were of great help.
