Thanks all. I don't think I'll mess with mine at all.

This is a Screen capture off of my computer. You can Go to the Navionics web site and download the computer app then put a copy of the card on your computer for the newer cards. You have a year (I believe) to download up to a certain number of times (different puters). I remember that the directions weren't very good, not very clear and took a long time. You have to use the web site and and with the card installed it downloads through the internet. I am not to sharp on puter stuff but it is on there. Much easier setting in recliner with bigger puter screen than sitting in boat or hooking up unit to house current with transformer.

yeah--I goofed when I got mine and didn't mess with the free computer load or updating my card until after the 1 year mark--then i had to spend 75 bucks for a new 1 year subscription. i think you can update daily--but could be wrong.

My card is about 5 years old now. Again, I don't think I'll mess with it.
The lake I've ben fishing for the last 50 years hasn't changed so much I'll run aground, I hope.

Have you seen the water levals lately!!!!!!!
