Navionics freshest updates

Is any body having a problem downloading freshest data updates to their Navionics chip ?

I saw this posted and now im having trouble with the freshest data update on my navionics card it keeps saying update has been interruped..... Whats the deal I contacted them and im waiting on an answer ,anyone else having this trouble

i have an older navionics card [year] that dont work in my new hb's. [worked fine in my other hb that i let go with boat.] i called them and they said the card dont go bad, so i bought new one and it works fine. wonder if this would have anything to do with it?

Mine still hasnt updated but I guess thats no big deal right now.Can anyone tell me how to plan a route and Im not sure if Ive saved WP's right I dont see them when im looking at it on my laptop.

can you pull up and see the lake maps on your laptop off of the card? tell me how please!

You have to have the navionics pc app then click on the icon on your desk top mine opens fine .hit the minus button and scroll to the lake your looking for

alright i went and downloaded the navionics app thing i think but when put in my password and then it says re-insert card i do and it says my card is read only, unlock and reinsert, i did unlock it but all i really wanna do is view the lakes on my computer, why is this so hard, can someone walk me through this, and i apologize for getting this thread off topic.

Maybe you need to start fresh uninstall all the navionics off your computer restart the computer then go to Nav. site reinstall it and follow instuction again hope this works for you
