Thats going to be a tough question to answer. You're just going to have to hook em up and see what happens and if you do get interference find a solution to get rid of it.
Unfortunatley, no 2 set-ups react the same.

Please help with a potential problem. I have a stick steer boat with a HDS-7 GEN 2 e/w GPS on front of boat. I have transducers on each end of the boat and switch to toggle back and forth. If I wanted to mount a Garmin ECHO 550c on the left side and could come up with a mount for the transducer to hang over the side of the boat, will I get electrical interference should the cone angles overlap???? BTW I like my Lowrance HDS-7 after using it and getting comfortable with the menues, very different from my Lowrance 510c. Thanks for any suggestions.

I've even heard of 2 separate boats being close enough together to create sonar beam overlap interference...
Just like crappiemax said....try it and then deal with it "if" it happens...
