I know units have trouble maybe you get a lemon but Greg is here because he wants to be and wamts to help. I dont think we need to be putting him on the spot .

I actually had two messages from our Customer Resource Center folks in my work e-mail about Genec’s unit. They did not have the same days off that the manufacturing plant did and so already had things moving on this.
While it is true that no company can maintain 100% Customer satisfaction, it is still a goal that we try to work to. Sometimes it just takes sending in a unit multiple times to get everything finally sorted out.
Yeah, kind of a fundamental of business. Keeping the forums positive and happy is important also.
