    Default Need some Advice

My Guest 2 bank battery charger just give it up. So I need to replace it. I'm looking at the Minn Kota MK220D. But I'm open for suggestions. The Guest was on the boat when I got it new.
I just want one that will last longer than 3 years, cause I don't fish that much to wear it out.

My boat came with a MK330D. 4 years, no troubs. However, I added a a separate battery for my electronics stuff and used a Dual Pro. I also have a Dual Pro on my Jon Boat. Dual Pro made in Nashville by hillbillies. May be some bias on my choice here.

I have the BPS store brand and good service so far, over 2 years. Lightning strikes and power surges will take em out in no time, so I unplug after charge is complete and it has had a chance to maintain a while, and if time permits, I plug it in the night before I go the next time just to be sure and they always charge in no time at all. Just my opinion.

I have the 3-bank Dual Pro. First one I bought, one of the led lights stopped working, I called and the nice lady said she would ship a new one THAT DAY, didn't wait to get my other one, they paid for me to ship the original one back too. Can't beat that for customer service.

I have Minnkota on one boat, it is 5 years old. Dual pro on the other boat, 7 years old. Both are great chargers.
