K2B ... I believe the TM mounting bracket does come with the unit, but in the event it doesn't ... they're about $20 online. ( https://www.google.com/#q=lowrance%2...0motor%20mount )

This mount is far superior to using the transom mount setup, because it puts the transducer tight against the TM ... rather than having it "sticking out/down" like the transom mount would. Here's a picture of what I'm talking about :
