The 150/160 manual doesn't mention anything about using AA batteries, nor does it list the power consumption (what kind of spec sheet doesn't list the power consumption? Sheesh!)

My 160 Portable came with a 7amp/hour sealed battery that weighs about 5 lbs. After I had already rigged a place to recharge it (next to the trolling motor battery in the garage), I read the manual that said one battery charge will last about 6 months!
