But, things change regularly and often new product just shows up on the shelf. Some companies buy from multiple manufacturers. You can usually identify the battery by just looking at it. JCI batteries have beveled vent caps, and they are the only manufacturer to make Group 29 marine batteries. If it's a 29, you can bet it's JCI.
