Thread: Maybe Upgrading!!

Just wondering how many people are using the HDS and LSS 1 for crappie fishing? I have an HDS 5 and I am looking into getting an HDS 7 and LSS 1 and move the 5 up front to use for trolling. Any good or bad things to say? Thanks for the info!!Thumbs Up

I had 2 HDS-5's and one LSS-1. I upgraded to 2 HDS-7's, retaining the LSS-1.

I couldn't be happier if I tried. I didn't think the 7's would make a huge difference, but they sure did. the 4.0 update is awesome!

Since you'll have 2 HDS units, buy an additional ethernet cable and connect both units to the LSS-1. You'll be able to share waypoints, tracks, and trails as well as view the side and down images from both units. Thumbs Up
