    Default HB RF10 went bad.....

These things sure don't las long. I launched my pontoon r/c and couldn't discover the remote transceiver on the Dick Tracy wrist watch IE sonar screen. I only get about 1 year out of one of the transceivers. Anybody got one of these devices? (RF10)

The transducer is mounted on the front of my r/c pontoon shown here. Home made and fun to play with.

    CP,
Just make sure that when you store the RF10 that it is dry and there is nothing that would make connection between the wet switch pins on the bottom front of it.

    Nice boat.

If you going to put it up for more than a day or so you could put a tiny piece of electrical tape over one of the protruding pins, that's how I store the green transducer bobber thingy for my HB hand held unit.
