To share on the water right? I could still down load to a pc or an sd (I don't have to key in all the coord.) and then load in another unit right.

Right keeferfish, only while on the water. If you want to share waypoints via SD memory card than any Humminbird model will do. If the unit does not have a memory card slot it can still be done through the HumminbirdPC software and the PC Connect Kit.
