Welp, same thing today, batteries still not up to snuff. They got me by, but by the time I left they were weak against the wind. I checked the water in them when I got home, one hole had the plates exposed and the others took just a little water. I asked the dealer specifically when I picked it up if the batteries were ready to go, yes, charged and ready. Called today, "Well, we don't add acid or charge, they're ready off the shelf". I should have checked myself. So, I don't know how long this battery has been like this. I would assume not too long, a couple of trips, because it worked great for a number of trips. Six weeks worth for me. I got to fish a number of times this week, but usually just twice a week. He said he would take care of whatever it was, so I reckon he will. Looks like a bad battery to me. If it wasn't when I got it, it is now I would imagine. Batteries shouldn't need water in, say, fifteen trips or so. And those are not all day trolling in the wind trips either.
