Okay I am going to drill a hole in my skeg and run a ground to see if it cleans up my interference issues. Can I tie to the ground wire inside of the motor head or does it have to go back to the battery? Also, why does the ground wire under water not cause electrical shorts? I was always taught that electricity and water did not mix?
