Needed Motorguide parts

Got a MG Tracker 40 43 lb thrust.The motor was left down on the parked boat for a very long time and water looks as if it went down the direction button on top and in to the motor. I took it apart cleaned everything and greased bushings and have used it for several months, but has a lots of drag on the motor and a lot of drain on the batterys. Its a 1994 yr model but other than this its in good shape. would anyone have a old one laying around that would be good for parts thanks. rick
