I would start by calling the Humminbird Customer Resource folks at 1-800-633-1468 and explain what is going on. They should offer to send you a new PC-11 power cable that has an in-line noise ‘choke’ molded onto it. Also check to see that there is no connection between the trolling motor and cranking batteries. If you have a Minn Kota trolling motor with built in transducer, than you need to check in the head of the trolling motor for a fuse. If that is blown replace it.
