    Default Multi-purpose battery?


    This battery came in a used boat I bought recently. I have never heard of a battery being capable of what this one claims. Can it really be used for cranking AND trolling as claimed on the label?

    If so, what charger setting should be used...deep cycle or regular auto type charging mode, in my case 10 amp, 12 volt charging mode?

    any battery can be used for all of those. i used regular car batteries for years before marine batteries came out.

    Use the deep cycle mode as does not charge with as high as amps at the end, better on battery
    I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.....
