Default Pics of 998 mounted at console.

Hello folks, I finally bought the 998 and now I am in the process of trying to get it mounted at the console. Man this thing is big.

I have a alumnicraft 165 cs and I am looking for pics of guys that might have the same set up. I would also entertain any other pics that you might have to help with my decision.
I am think I might need a Ram mount of something of the sorts.
I also have removeable windshield and I would like to be able to keep it mounted, even thou I dont use it very much.

    Thanks for the help folks.
    Clint

I don't have any pics but could get some. WE aluminum console with removable w/shield. Same setup as above but mounted on the vertical face of the left side of the console.

Thats a differnt Idea, I didnt think about the left side. I might have to look into that. I found a post for a store call the Mount Depot. Looks like they have just about everything. I am thinking about mounting on top and then use a swing are mount to bring it out from inside the windshied. In doing that I am afriad that it will be to heavy with all the length of the arm, and the unit at the end.

I am thinking of this one. RAM-109HS-4U RAM Mount Universal Horizontal Marine Mount w/ Straight Swing Arm
Along with this adaptor. RAM-111BU RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Universal Plate

It would be somewhat simular to sportsmann 223 but my windshield is wider and would mount inside it and protrude out towards me.

    Thanks
    Clint
