    Default Battery charger question

I am looking to buy an on-board battery charger. My current battery set-up is two 12V deep cycles. I have them connected together (positve-to-postive, ground-to-ground).

My question: Is there any reason to have a multi-bank charger? or can I just use a 12V, one-bank charger and just hook it up to one of the batteries?

You can get by with one charger, but make sure it's at least 10A to get a reasonable recharge time.

If you think you might ever go to a 24V motor, get a 2 bank charger and use both banks on your current setup. You'll get a faster recharge and won't need a new one if you upgrade the TM.
