Bought a new Lowrance downscan unit with gps. Bought Navionics premium maps. This unit uses the micro sd card. My question is how do you get the card out of the slot! I ended up using the point of my pocket knife to get the card out. I know on the HDS units you just pull the card out on my unit you cannot get a hold of the card. Got to be a trick I don't know about or Lowrance doesn't want you to take the card out!! Anybody else had this problem?

I can tell you the operator's manual won't do you any good.

I haven't seen how that unit works, but if it's not a pull out type, then it's probably spring loaded. So you would push the card in to get it to pop out.

Yes, push in and it will pop out.

I thought it was spring loaded too! I pushed and tried to get it to pop out didn't work. Begining to think I am not smart enough to own this unit. I agree the manuel for this unit is sorry and I have told Lowrance rep that very thing. I hope they come out with owners manuel that has more info on how to operate unit!
