I think Hotspots post has a lot of credit. After all, Johnson Outdoors owns, Humminbird, MinnKota, and Cannon downriggers. They already have linked the H/B units to their downriggers, so they will raise and lower following the bottom contours. I can certainly see them linking up the H/B units with the trolling motors.

It would be nice if HB does that. I agree 100%. They need to step up their networking to compete with Lowrance though. Hopefully that'll happen also.
