Importing Waypoints on HB 788ci
Is there anyway to do this from an SD card? If there is what file format do they need to be? GPX or something else?

Download HB PC ...this is HB's waypoint management software where you can put waypoints onto the SD card ..
The SD card can then be used to imput the waypoints to your HB unit...

Yes, HB PC is what you use. It's a fairly stripped down program without a lot of bells and whistles but you can import Lowrance waypoints to convert over to HB also you can view your waypoints on Google Earth.

Hover over the "Support" tab about half way up the page...then click on "My Account" in the dropdown list under that "Support" tab...

yep, did that, the dropdown has "product information, faq, contact support, my account, product manuals". I click on my account and I go to my profile. No indication of where to get hb pc

Right under the bold letters at the top that say "My Profile"...

Oh! I am blind! I was looking for "hb pc", not "HummnbirdPC" :-) geez what a dummy!
Do I just down load that to an sd card, and put that in the hb? Does the SD have to have any special formatting? Is there a "hidden process" to loading that on the hb? Sorry for all the questions, but I did have this on an sd card, and could not see how to but it on the bird.
