    So who has the best price on HB electronics? Is it BPS? Anyone buy off of EBay? Looking for new and need as good a deal as possible.

    I got my 1197 at J and H products here...Marine Electronics & Fishing Equipment, Buy Humminbird, Raymarine & Garmin Fishfinders, Handheld GPS, Chartplotters, Radios, Radars & Autopilots Online

    They have comparable pricing and awesome customer service....

    Talk to John in CS and tell him you want a 2011 model and he will track one down for you....

    Buying without knowing may end up with a left over 2010 (or even 2009) shelf model...

    Got a couple I'm looking over...
    The 898c and the 798ci.
    Few dollars difference but not sure the advantages.

    Just checked on the 798 ci HD si , its 906.68 thats with the transducer , very good price. I paid 999.99 for mine in Jan.
