Don't know about persuasion...but I can explain why bigger is better...

A lot of prospective SI unit buyers do not realize the structure image ratio of SI images vs 2D images...

For example on my 1197...it has a 10.4 in screen

A brushpile that shows as the size of a actual golfball on the 2D screen shows as the size of a quarter on my SI screen...

Now, if you shrink that same brushpile image down into 5 inch (798) screen...that same brushpile will show as the size of a dime on the 2D screen while showing as the size of a pea in the SI screen....
