If that is a 596c HD DI unit than you can display both the 2D sonar and DI sonar on a split screen. This is not possible with the 596c or 596c HD units though as they do not have the DI sonar.

Does any one know if you can split the screen on this unit and run 2d sonar and down scan at the same time ??
Had the wrong #--596 is what I want or both would work
