Default Bolt Patterns for Minn Kota?

Has anyone out there switched from a MK Maxxum to PD V2? I was wondering if the front 4 holes line up, or am I going to have to make 4 new ones. Also, which PD V2? I don't have all the money in the world, but I don't want to switch out down the road either. Is the auto, co, and I worth the money? Also, is the built in ducer worth the extra $? Will it work with a Lowrance 510C? Thanks.

I have a PD V2 with co-pilot and auto-pilot on it. It doesn't have universal sonar and I have replaced one transducer because I twisted the wire around the shaft and broke it. If I was going to get a new MinnKota, it would be the V2 or Terrova with auto-pilot, co-pilot and I-pilot if I could get them all or get Cane Pole to set it up. I would also have the universal transducer for the reason I stated.

I switched from a Maxxum to the PD and I think some but not all the holes lined up. It wasn't an issue for me.

OK guys, let me repost my question in another way...Can someone with a PD V2 measure the distance between bolts(across and front to back). Also, might go with Terrova, can I get a measurement for that one as well? Appreciate any help. I've searched everything I know to, and cannot find dimensions.
